Many factors determine how long it takes to clean a home or officethe first time we clean it. Every home and office is different.  Some are tidy and some are not.  Some have been maintained and some have not. That is why the first initial cleaning may be different then routine maintenance cleanings.

ROUTINE CLEANING PRICE

Maintenance cleanings take much less time then your initial cleaning and cost less because your home has been thoroughly cleaned and simply needs routine maintenance cleaning. The fee is based on the size of the home or office, and frequency of cleanings.

Larger homes and offices take more time, smaller ones take less time. Cluttered ones take more time. Organized ones take less time. Every home or office is different. We take into consideration all of the information you give us about your home or office before we give you an estimate for cleaning your home or office on a regular basis. Prices are adjusted if we take longer or less time than originally estimated to do the job.
